Me and my husband do 3-5 miles walks around the neighborhood a few times a week. I'd really recommend it. You get exercise without overextending youself plus gives us time to catch up on some plans and focus on each other.
I tried yoga too but its not really for me. Swimming is good too, I do that sometimes.

If you haven't really exercised a lot before it's not good to start all of a sudden. Just try walking . Gaining weight ***** but it's bound to happen . Eat healthy and walk
I walk outside for an hour every day as well as try to do some prenatal yoga. Exercise can help you to have an easier labor.
