I'm 9 weeks, and I don't eat a lot or when I am hungry, I have to eat right then or else I'm not hungry anymore. Today we ate KFC, and I felt like I was having to force myself to swallow.
My appetite decreased initially as well. I guess this is pretty normal. I'm almost 10 weeks and I have no problem eating but to relate... I'm definitely not HUNGRY a lot... I just make sure to eat healthy which is super easy since I don't have many cravings... An egg and toast for breakfast, a protein shake for lunch etc... Apples and bananas and nuts for extra fiber and nutrients..
