28 weeks and having contractions

I'm 28 weeks and I have been having these bad pains in my lower abdomen yesterday I was at work and it was so bad I had to keep sitting down so I left work and went into the hospital because emu baby wasn't moving the way he usually does well they hooked me up to a monitor and said everything was fine and my baby even started moving again like usual they said I was having some contractions but my cervix was still in place and sent me home because it was only 4 in like two hours I'm still feeling the pains but not as bad but I'm scared that he might be trying to come too early and my due date is Nov 25th

It's absolutely fine.  Count the contractions, I don't remember the exact number my doc gave me, something like 5-6 in a hour for 4 hours means LD time.  Otherwise, keep an eye out for any bleeding, water breakage, the mucous plug, or severe pain.  My doc also said if it calms down with walking or with propping my feet up, it's a false pain and to just relax for a while.  Warm baths will help calm your body down, and walking can help strengthen the muscles.  I have been getting them now for the last week, but it's only a couple contractions at a time.  First time I had to sit with my belly hanging, then propped my feet up for a little while (over exertion), and the other day I had one while we were driving around the desert at night.  Walking helped that time.  Don't stress yourself out, just breath and relax for the rest of the day.  By all means, go to the doctor if you don't feel right, but early contractions are totally normal.  Just your body practicing.  Good luck!
