Try ehookas. They give you nicotine through vap but don't affect baby.
Also, slowly weaning down is the way to go.

I was a smoker for 15 years before getting pregnant. We weren't trying to get pregnant so i was still a smoker when i found out i was pregnant at 5 weeks... i gave myself 1 week to wean down and have now been cigarette free for over a month. If I can do it you can do it!!! There is no better reason to quit and all i kept thinking was if i dont quit and something happens to my baby i would never forgive myself. It's hard but it just becomes like everything else you can't have while pregnant and gets easier i promise.

I'm having the same problem, its awful I just want to stop for the baby I know its not heathly, I'm already moody and I can't stand it if I go without I'm even more moody and take it out on everyone around me :( I've slowed quite a bit to 3 or 4 a day, I went from nearly smoking a pack a day... I feel I'm making progress. I haven't been sick just extremely tired at times..  I recently read, when you are craving a cigarette dab some salt on your tounge and it takes the craving away also chewing gum or having a sucker helps alot change in routine helps break a habit.. I'm 11 weeks 3 days from being 12 weeks and I've had 2 ultrasounds so far the baby looks healthy and has a good healthy heart beat. How far along are you? Good luck!!
