when do you start shopping for your baby!!

Question

iam going on 26 weeks come Saturday..my due date is nov.27....ive been telling my self I will start beginning of October like the first week or last week of December. ...iam not having a baby shower because I dont have many friends.  And most of my family are elderly. .. so now thst I have ruled out having a shower  im wonder if october is to late....also being a first time mom what are some key things to have outside of :pampers, clothes, socks, mittens, hats, soft blankets, baby wash and lotion, bottles,

Am 29weeks I've bought all baby furniture pram clothes nappies wipes basically everything ready for when baby comes I've even packed my hospital bag

Im due Nov24. Just starting right now.. Gonna be buying 1 major item every 1-2 weeks and some small things on the side.
We got a crib and mattress so far. Next major item would be a travel system. Then, gonna get some clothes, bedding, nursing pillow, breastfeeding items, few small diaper packages, infant bath and soap/lotion.

I would say October is super late I'm due November 9th and I've had all my baby stuff for almost 2 months although I would have as much if my MIL didn't go baby crazy she didn't think my husband would ever be a dad. Baby soap, lotions, I got a bottle sanitizer and a car seat base is a big one not all carseats come with one.

I'm due November 10th and I started a long time ago. I would say starting in October is late . You'll need a baby tub , pack n play probably , A swing isn't need but a lot of babies love them , baby monitor , diaper rash cream , depending on how your feeding I would get a bobby pillow , nipple shield , nipple cream , I would get a pump too just incase , storage containers , and the obvious things

Car seat, strollers bassinet that's what I'm going to buy soon. Burping cloths also if your breastfeeding get that gel for your nipple they get sore and breastfeeding pads incase you leak Wich I did with my last one also that boppy Pillow comes in handy
