Should i be worried for not having an ultrasound yet?

Hi, im six weeks and three days pregnant i just started taking prenatal pills but i wanted to know when i should be getting my first sonogram. The clinic i went said they were 'busy' to do one but including me there was only another expecting mother so i dont know if what they said was true. I really wanted a sonogram, im worried about my baby i want to know if he/she is healthy. I know my baby is probably fine but i wont be at ease until a doctor comfirms it, i guess that is why i got a bit upset the clinic said no to me.

I am pregnant with my second child. With my first child they didn't do an ultrasound until I was 3 months along. It's defiantly nerve wrecking but I wouldn't worry too much. I go in for my first appointment today and im 7 weeks along, pretty sure they won't do an ultrasound on me til next month again. :(
