wow... I have been really bad.
Yesterday...
breakfast- blt with turkey bacon
snack chex mix, 1 reeses cup frozen
lunch salad and a bagel with pasturized cream cheese
and tomato soup an hour or two later
then home, more salad 2 more frozen reeses cups,
and tater tots.
I am on a see-food diet, I see food and I eat it.
BUT... in my defense my doc is threatening me with amnio if I don;t gain more weight.
Therefore... I eat so I may be happy and well of mind. Those things scare the candy out of me!
breakfast: a bowl of cereal
lunch: pb&j and brocc.
dinner: cheese pizza
snacks: 2 bananas, choc. chip cookies w/ milk, yogurt
drink: a lot of water, milk
Breakfast : I made french toast (homeade)
Lunch: Mcdonalds (my sons choice ;)
Supper: TBA
One coke, a water and homeade Iced Tea.
Not too bad?

ok so for me breakfast was just a bowl of fruitloop cereal
lunch was a frozen dinner"marie calander" fettucini (sp) with brocc and carrots
and a small brownie with nuts.
and a little while ago i had some popcorn
and i havent had anything for dinner yet.
ok so for dinner I had chicken helper with fresh carrots and brocc and cheese and now I am stuffing my face with choc chip cookies straight from the oven.....to die for. And I forgot to mention I stopped by starbucks and got an ice coffee (decaf with skim milk to make it healthier). I started the day off good but I guess tonite has ruined it lol. I dread those scales in the morning!!!
Breakfast-cream cheese danish, banana
snack -pretzels
lunch-Taco Bell- burrito and taco
snack-Starburst Jelly Beans
and about 6 glasses of water!!
Yay a post about food! lol i love posts about food!
For breakfast (at 5am on my hour drive to work) I had 3 muffin tops (yes actual tops of muffins.. Dont ask me what happened to the bottoms they sell them like that! lol) 2 blueberry and 1 lemon poppyseed and a bottle of v8 blueberry pomegranite <sp? fusion
Lunch was a bowl of cream of potatoe soup (It was a big bowl.. So it filled me up fast) a bottle of chocolate milk, a chocolate rice krispy bar, and a bowl of grapes.
I have a bag of chex mix that I have been munching on all day and Im thinking about having something cheesy for dinner.. Idk what to have though.. Maybe lasagna!! ohh I love lasagna! lol but yeah.. Thats what I have eaten so far.. lol probably have a big glass of invisible kool aid when I get home and hit the beach :D
I love to eat and lately I could eat all the time. At work I get fed by the housekeeper so I have no control over what is served but always eat it, except tuna...
Breakfast was an english muffin with butter and jam. Then two yogherts and a tea at work. For lunch it was one pork cutlet, lettuce salad x2, whole wheat macaroni salad with eggs and celery x2, followed by cookies x3, ice cream 1 scoop, fruit and a cup of tea. I was still hungry. I'm sure I could eat a horse. I must admit though I get my veggies at lunch here, I would do better if she didn't bring out all the desert all the time. I'm sure the priest and housekeeper think I'm a pig...lol.
Dinner.... I bough sausages, onions and potatoes. I might toss in corn too. I do my best to stay away from dessert in the evening. Although I still have that delicious chocolate cake from my son's 4th bday
I did so well before but I just want to eat and eat now!
