Nursery Themes...

Okay ladies.
I'm at a blank at this point.

I'm gunna be throwing my baby shower next month, and then I'm gunna be starting on the nursery soon after.

I have two themes picked out, but I love them both SO MUCH, that I cannot pick.
I'm basically gunna do an eenie-meenie-mynie-moa at this point cuz I can't choose.

I've got Hello Kitty and Disney's Princesses.
Y'know, with Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, Tinkerbell, Cinderella.

I MIGHT to Disney's Princesses, because that was my obsession when I was younger, and I'm 18 years old and I have a tinkerbell PURSE. lol
No matter how old I get, I can't break my love for Disney. lol

But on the other hand, yes, the Princesses are having a come back in all the store's craze... but Hello Kitty is getting BIG.
Atleast from what I see in Walmart, Target, Hot Topic... etc.

So maybe Hellow Kitty would have more to choose from?
And plus it's CUTE! ^.^

I just can decide.

I need opinions and votes ladies!!!!

Thank you!

Yes, I've decided to go ahead with the Disney's Princesses theme.
It means more to me than Hello Kitty because I grew up on Disney. lol
So yea. lol. I'll make sure to get some pics up!!

I kinda like the hello kitty idea.  I have seen some really cute stuff in the stores.  Either way though, you can't go wrong!!  They would both make an adorable nursery!!  Make sure to post some pics when you get it done!!

I think the whole "Princess theme" is way too used!!! Its totally up to you though.
If I were to have another girl, I wanted REALLY BADLY to use the "Raggidy Anne and Andy" theme. Theyre also a classic, but certainly not used as much. The reason being that my grandmother used to make EVERY grandchild a home-made Anne or Andy, depending if it were a boy or girl. I still have mine!! Now that Im having a boy,,,,,,,,
I wanted something diffrent so Im going with FROGS!!! Kinda a jungle/animal theme but TONS OF FROGS. Actually, Im going today to pick out my paint. Hope he's an animal lover like the rest of his family. I have a 5ft wide parrot hanging from the cieling and all. My bro-in-law is coming up to paint a jungle theme all over the walls. Its gonna be AWSOME!!! Ive even got a MASSIVE frog toy-box!! HEHE

I agree with mog.. I think the disney princess theme will be adorable from when she is born until she gets a little older whereas hello kitty is quicker outgrown.  Im having a hard time trying to decide on how to decortate my nursery too.. There are so many themes but I want to do something different that not everyone in the world has already done.

Hay! I love both your ideas. I reckon Disney Princesses. They're classic, beautiful and obviously not going out of fashion anytime soon, whereas Hello Kitty has more of a chance of going out of fashion quickly. I know that a few years ago Hello Kitty got quite big in Australia but honestly that lasted only about 6 months to a year at the most. Plus when your little girl grows up she may decide she doesnt like little kitty but out of all the Disney Princesses I am sure she is bound to really like at least one of them!

Anyway thats my thoughts on the matter, I am sure whatever you choose will be brilliant. I have chosen Classic Pooh. I am so in love with it! All the best x
