Bed Rest

Yesterday I was teaching and I felt something funny.  I ran to the bathroom and it was a clot of blood.  I ran to my friends room and started crying.  She took me to the women's clinic and called my SO.  I was taken into a room immediately.  The doctor did an exam and the uterus was still closed and the cervix was fine.  I went back for an ultrasound after that and the baby was doing great.  I saw the heartbeat.  There were no signs of a serious tear and everything look great.  I am on bedrest until Monday to let the bleeding stop completely.  The only bleeding I am having right now is every once in while when I go to the bathroom.  I am still throwing up every morning and my breasts are still sore.  The doctor said the pregnancy has 95% chance of being perfectly heathly and fine.  I am experiencing a sharp pain in my side which is making me really nervous.  I have had trouble with my BMs since I have been pregnant so maybe the pain is from that.  I will keep you updated.  I go back to the doctor on Monday.

My due date went up 3 days to October 20.  That was exciting.  I am still really sick so I am not to worried.  I have been praying specifically that the baby and the placenta will not detach from the uterus.  I have also been praying the baby genetic makeup and that it has all the DNA and chromosomes it needs to be a healthy boy or girl.  I have also prayed about every single organ in the body that I can think of.  I am hoping for the best.
