Thank you so much everyone for your much appreciated feedback!! The decision abuot the delivery room is not so much about payback; I am not into that at all although I understand how some women might be considering the breach of trust and utter stupidity of his decision putting both myself and our baby at risk for things such as STD's, not to mention our relationship itself. I am just thinking of stress and emotional well being for me, which in turn will pass onto our daughter during the final weeks of this pregnancy. This is not about payback at all although I am pretty hurt.
He has become excited about the baby and we went through names last night. I am not prepared to have him home yet; I am enjoying my space but he wants to be at the house when she comes to help which I am very open to.

Nicole: I went through the same thing in my earlier months of pregnancy; my partner was excited at first and then uninterested entirely up until now. I hope that things change for you-don't give up on him and leave...it's frustrating I know but men are funny that way sometimes. Once the baby comes, you will have to rely on him and he will have a chance to bond with the real 'little person' when you are napping or busy:) It's been a long wait for both of you except he doesn't get to feel the kicking/changing and growing happening inside us :)))))
