Position of Baby

Hi Everyone, I am just wondering at what week does the baby move into the correct position. I am 30 weeks 1 day and at my scan yesterday the baby was in breach position and the doctor said if it doesn't move in the next 3 weeks I will have to have a c section. Its een in that position for many weeks so I am hoping it will just move down as despite the pain I would like to deliver au naturale.
Does anyone know?

Thanks!

I know JoyRenee - its c section for any old thing here..... its hard having a baby in a different country who have different views on things but I am sure it will be fine.

Wow- they're threatening you with a c-section? Babies can turn while you are in labor. And there are many techniques to try to get them to turn. I'm glad baby has turned for you already. But I wouldn't appreciate being scared with the idea of a c-section this early on in the 3rd trimester.

I went to my checkup today and asked my midwife about this post. At my 36w checkup they'll start checking for a head-down position. I wouldn't worry, cause we still got plenty of time and anything can happen at this point. HUGS*~Kelly

Mine finally turned at almost 31 weeks. But like Melaniewilliams said it can still turn back around.. hopefully not!! You still have time for the baby to move. I wouldn't worry about it to much.
