Nursery

Hello again girls. Has anyone thought about how they going to decorate the baby's room yet? My husband car races and he thinks there should be pink race cars lol. I'm not quite sure on a theme or color yet.

Now that I know I am having a boy for sure I am going to paint the room khaki.  I found my bedding at Target.  It is called Pinwheel.   I have a white bed and I looking for a white dresser that I can use as a changing table also.  I also need a white rocker to go in the room.  I am building a new house and the painting is going be started in the next few weeks.  Gavin's room will be Kentucky Haze (a blue color), the boys bathroom will be chocolate brown with blue and khaki accents, and John Matt's room will be khaki.

We already started painting. The trim is a dark brown. The lower wall is a pretty green that reminds me of apples. The top half is cream. We plan to put a chair rail in as well.

As far as decorating we're going to wait until we know the gender. If it is a girl we'll add burgandy-wine accents (Babies R Us has a cute set with all these colors and it's VERY sophisticated and beautiful).

If it is a boy we're going to do an Elephant theme with blue accents. I love the blue and green together! I'll post pics soon.
