Achey hips and muscles...

Anyone else have achey hips?? Mine have been killing me! Especially whe I wake up in the morning from sleeping on only my sides! Ugh!
Also- The muscles between my legs, and my lower abdominal muscles are very sore... feels like I've been exercising them or something. So yeah... I'm not that happy of a camper right now.  Anyone else???

I feel your pain... every single one of you, and ever single pain you mentioned!!! It's exactly like Heather and DMarie said, rolling over from one side to the other makes it feel like you're pulling muscles... I feel your pain! I feel like my lower abs are sore from working out and the muscles between my legs are the same way! This is most definitely the worst part of pregnancy... luckily it's almost over!!

My hips hurt so badly sometimes that they have a burning sensation.  It's awful.  I am so tired yet I almost dread laying down in bed at night.  When I try to turn side to side I feel like I'm pulling every muscle in my body!  Can't wait until this part is over though I love feeling the kicks and movements!!

That's exactly how I've been feeling the past several weeks :(   I've found that using a body pillow between my legs to elivate the top one helps open my hips up a little and I'm not AS sore in the mornings.

I've defiantly wondered what I've been doing at night, some mornings I wake up feeling like every single mussel in my body is sore!

Lol, Alaysha, I've totally been walking like a duck lately too!  I'm not on bed rest and I've only gained 15 lb so far, I think the duck walk is just a end of pregnancy thing.

Yep I have felt all of that... even the strain that heatherm4 is mentioning when you try and turn over while you are trying to sleep. I also have been getting pains in my calves like I have been working out. Ugh it makes walking hard and me look like a duck. I'm going to blame it on bed rest not letting me stretch and my body rebelling against the extra weight I put on at that time.

Oooh yes. I feel ur pain! LOL I've had achy hips on and off for a while now. It helps to sleep with the pillows between the legs but the limited positions to sleep don't help at all. The last time I had it really bad I went to the chiropractor and he said my pelvis was slightly out. I think I'm going to pay him a visit next week and get a treatment...it helps with labour too if you get treated right beforehand.
I've been having almost like a muscle strain in my lower abdominal muscles, especially at night when I'm trying to move from my left to my right and vice versa.
