Is it safe?

I am 7 weeks into my pregnancy and I know the first trimester is very crucial and you have to be very safe. My question is at my job I work different shifts. Sometimes in the morning, evening and even overnights so weekly my schedule is something like this

Sun and Mon- 11pm-7am
Tues -off
Wed- 7am-3pm
Thurs-3-11pm
Fri-either 7am-3pm or 3pm -11pm

Every week it isnt the same exact as to what days and times but every week I work something like that. Ever since I have gotten pregnant sleeping for me has been very difficult and I'm just wondering if this is safe for me to be working all these crazy hours on little sleep.

If I tell my doctor will she give me a doctors note to be given a more steady schedule?

What do you think?

Like cocacolapanda said there shouldn't be any issue to the baby at this stage in the pregnancy. However, you may want to get on a more regular schedule since in a couple of months you are going to feel like a walking zombie. Schedules are nice for that since you can plan accordingly.

you should have no issue unless it's causing you too much stress, or is too physically demanding.  In early pregnancy you should be just fine doing what ever it is that you do for work by the second or third trimester if you have a physically demanding job you may need to slow it down a little or get some help.

I think it's safe if you are not stressed out by it and if you are able to sleep. If you're having a hard time sleeping then it might get a little difficult. Can you speak with your employer to get you on a set schedule? It would be better if your schedule was exactly the same each week then it would be easier to set a sleep routine.
