Thought I would continue this.

This week I'm entering my 30th week and I'm excited and nervous. Seems like I'm the only one interested in getting the Peri's room cleaned. Not to mention my mom is coming this weekend and the whole upstairs needs to be cleaned also. Confirmed the date for my shower on August 28th, we're doing Brunch...which is crazy because I really don't eat a lot of bfast food. No eggs or pork. lol I'll roll with it anyways.

Thursday I have my 30 week appt. YEAH!! I also was thinking of taking another month off after the baby unpaid but I need to start saving now.

Well I am officially 31 weeks today and my back is killing me along with sciatica. My father in law found me a heating pad and that made the back pain go away. Only have 9 more weeks till my little girl gets here! I cant believe it. I have an OB appointment tomorrow and my Lamaze class starts next Tuesday. Along with all this I have my baby shower next Saturday. I cant wait to see all my friends and get all this stuff for my little girl! I am sleepy a lot b/c I cant sleep at night and when I do I toss and turn (not really more like sit up and flip now). I guess in the end it will all be worth it and when she starts sleeping through the night I wont have to worry about not sleeping. I was going to go back to work with the Y but they will let me go when I leave on my maternity leave b/c I dont meet the criteria for the FMLA to protect my job so to cut down on stress and give me more time to rest and get ready Im not going to go back till next year. Have school I am going to do two nights a week but thats about it.

Thanks for continuing! I have been so busy and tired here lately to post anything... I am 33.5 week and been having the worst headaches and sleepiness ever! All I do is clean and cook anymore but the end of August is coming up shortly and I will be mad rush baby shopping for Marley!

I am 32 weeks and 1 day today, not sure if my baby will be late and be born in October instead of September since my due date is September 26th. I have been having weekly Dr appt’s since I was 28 weeks because my blood pressure was 140/88 and my Dr thought that I was developing pre-eclampsia already =0(, so he is keeping a very close eye on me to make sure that I don't develop it and as of today I haven’t developed it just yet =0) I go to my next Dr's appt on Tue and I will have to get my labs done again to make sure that all of my levels are normal and aren’t high due to pre-eclampsia. For the last few days I have been having tons and tons of pelvic pressure and sharp pains in my pelvic region, sometimes it even hurts to walk, pee, or sit down and I have been having tons and tons of lower backache, I really hope that I am not going into labor yet, I at least want to make it to Sep. 5th then I will be considered full term. I haven’t started my nursery yet either and I'm starting to stress about that since time just keeps flying by, but hopefully if all goes well we will start it this weekend. I've also been super duper tired lazy and don't seem to have any energy at all!

I'm 29 weeks and feeling pretty good. I am peeing a lot more like the rest of you. At night it's like every 2 hours. I'm still pretty small most days so I'm not looking forward to getting really really big. It doesn't take much to get pretty tired by the end of the day. I've also been having rib pain because my ribs keep going out and at night I have the worst hip aches. I'm excited to have my first midwife appointment tomorrow! Now I will be seeing her every 2 weeks!!

I am 30 weeks and 4 days. I have been having OB appointments every other week since about week 24 b/c of Contractions that are Braxton Hicks, but I have been having a lot so they gave me medication as needed and they check my cervix every other week as well as do the fetal fibronectin test. After my 32 week appt they will stop doing the fetal fibronectin test b/c if he comes after 34 weeks then they won't stop it. That makes me nervous. I just feel like I have so much to do and I need to save more money for my time off. I'm planning to take twelve weeks, but I'm only getting paid for 5 weeks. No stress. I've been researching in-home daycare providers. That's scary too. My baby shower is August 21st and I can't wait! As for physically, been very tired. Having lots of trouble sleeping and being comfortable in general. Having some round ligament pain. Really hoping to enjoy the next 66 days! Can't wait to see who my baby boy looks like.

I am 31 weeks, this will be my second baby my first is 17 years old. This is my DH first baby and he is super excited. This pregnancy has been fun but also stressful. I got the worst morning sickness which landed me in the hospital and now gestational diabetes and I was not able to control with the diet so now I am on medication. I go to the doctors every two weeks I have 3 different appointments: 1 regular ob, dietitian and specialist. I am feeling stressed! My ob advised me that starting next week I will be going in twice a week for ultrasounds…he said something like no stress check up. I do not know they will be checking the size of the baby and how much amniotic fluid she has. I am not sure how much longer I endure this; I’ve become an emotional roller coaster.
My DH finished painting the Nursery and now we just need to get the furniture in there. I have not washed any of the baby clothes nor have I started on my hospital bag which concerns me since I will be there 3 to 4 days, lucky me is having a C-section and that is the extent of my birth plan. LOL
My MIL threw us a baby shower last month and this Friday my coworkers are having one for us. Despite everything that is happening I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of our daughter. I want to see her and hold her.

I suppose I should stop being so quiet and give an update. Just hit 30 weeks. For the last few days I've been up between 3 and 330 feeling sick- which I blame on SUPER slow digestion. I feel like I have food clear up to my throat and it wakes me up at night. No issues with peeing, and other than little feet in my ribs I still don't feel COMPLETELY like a whale. My son was born at 32 weeks so the closer I get to that the more anxious I get to be further along. Not to mention- I want to see how my body changes and grows in the end of pregnancy since I've never experienced that before! Excited about the next few months and praying that we all have a smooth 3rd trimester!

I have noticed that I have to pee every 10 minutes too. It drives me crazy when I have to wake up at night to go every hour. Last night from 12 to 6 I was up every hour seems like I never got any sleep.

@cocacolapanda- my husband is African and I was thinking of having the traditional naming cermony 8 days after the baby is born. I believe its more so a prayer service and a party.

I'm 30 weeks 5 days and hoping for the next few months to go by fast!  I'm starting to freak out a little, I guess the other night I kept talking in my sleep about getting schedules figured out etc.  Since this is my second one I'm not sure I'll be having a baby shower, I'm thinking of just having a party after she's born for the baptism but nothing much else.  We have everything we need and don't really want to collect extra stuff we don't "need".  

I was at a family wedding this weekend and saw my husband's cuz who's a month further than me and I was just thinking of how fast we start changing now!  I saw her when she was about where I am now and her belly has gotten SO much bigger and she's waddling a lot too.

I entered my 30th week a couple days ago and am feeling the pain. I honestly feel like im rolling when Im walking and my back is going to kill me. I also have to pee every 10 minutes so thats no fun! I have my 30 week appointment tomorrow and am hoping they release me from pelvic rest since ive had no more bleeding. I got a 4-d ultrasound last week and you can see the baby perfectly and she is healthy, healthy. I also pretty much finished the room and am not allowed to buy anything else until after the baby shower which is also Aug 28th. It seems so far away but we're all going to start having these babys soon!
