Pain down there still!

I'm over 5 weeks postpartum and my bleeding is almost gone. It's enough to be using a liner and sometimes is barely there but for the last week or 2 I've been feeling pain in my vagina. Not sure if it's really my urethral opening or just inside my vaginal wall. I don't feel it all the time but it just comes on suddenly. I did have 2 tears near my urethral opening that were small and she said would heal on their own and for the first 2 weeks I would still use the peri bottle as I peed so it wouldn't burn from the urine.
Has anyone had this? I'm worried. I go for my 6 week check up next week and I'm worried of it hurting!

I just had my midwife appt and the pain is from the tears by my urethra, they aren't fully healed yet.

It's normal.  With my son it hurt so bad even at 8 weeks past I remember I was still somewhat sore (I had a LOT of stitches), this time around at 5 weeks my stitches had just started to fall out and it was still a little sore every now and then (mostly if I touched the stitches wrong).  by 6 weeks I felt just fine, everything healed and looked great.  I haven't had any hurting except after the first few times of doing it.  I also had bleeding (some spotting from who know's what), so I was worried about that but she said it's normal.

I'm pretty sure I was still sore on and off for like 8 weeks. I didn't tear either. I wouldn;t worry about it. Just let the doc know when you go next week
