going in tomorrow to get results of hcg tests am really nervous does anyone know if this is definitive test and if levels are not rising have i lost my baby???
They will want to do a repeat test to see which way the levels are going but if they are SUPER low or declining then it most likely is due to a miscarriage.
you know you lost the baby when you go a week or two with no heartbeat or growth. I've heard of stories where women have there levels rise very slowly but have healthy babies, and others that have super high hormones but don't have twins.
If your numbers fall, that's typically a good sign that you lost the baby.

theyll probably want to test a few time but yes, usually when your numbers fall then it means that you are losing a pregnancy. I am sorry and hope everything works out okay for you.
