I work during the day and im usually pretty worn out at work at various times but i find it helps.. when im at home, im far more exhausted because i probably think about it more..
When I get home from work, im so exhausted, i usually have to nap but im trying to avoid napping because napping makes me #1 really moody #2 sometimes delusional? (woke up yelling that i didnt want to be in a wheelchair one day) #3 generally really nausea from not eating... when i nap after work, i cant help with supper or do anything...
If i dont nap though, i am passing out by 8 30pm.... I usually go to bed by 9 30pm anyways but like eyes cant stay open after 8 30pm without a nap
I have been really tired this last week to. In the morning I try to sleep in after getting dd off to school but I am more wide awake. I lay on the couch with no energy to get up, my eyes hurt and want to rest but they wont stay closed. I sleep through the night really good but I am to exhausted through out the day but around 7-8pm I get a bust of energy and start cleaning and doing laundry, I sure hope this doesnt last to long
I would love to take naps, but there isn't ever anytime. Thank goodness I am a great sleeper when I do get to bed. I've been tired though, but I think its a combo of things like work (I'm a teacher), coach (I coach softball), being a mommy to a 9 and 7 year old, and doing my wifey thing.
Just try to get as much as you can. Too bad we can't store it up for those nights when we will hardly get any. This too shall pass.
I feel the same way... Im just trying to take more frequent rest periods. That is hard for me because I work in a very busy dr office. When I get home I try to take a little nap and.my husband has been helping around the house more so I can keep some energy bottled up!
The past few days I have been really tired. I sleep solid at night but wake up feeling like I haven't slept at all. Later in the afternoon I can barely keep my eyes open. I wasn't sure if it is stress or pregnancy or both.
