feeling really down

I know with pregnancy you have to gain weight. I was hoping to be less lbs before I got pregs. I was on a diet and everything, lost ten lbs. But still sitting at 145. Which for my height is obese. Now i'm pregnant and going to gain way more. I'm so worried im going to balloon. Anyone else feel this way?

I was worried with my son about weight gain. I was 140 and delivered him at 165.I snacked alot and ate small portions. Luckly for me I craved peanut butter and apples so I ate that all the time and it is healthy. :0) What kept me on track was I read if you gain weight slow steady you lower your chances of stretch marks, which I didn't get *knock on wood*. I wasn't afraid of gaining weight my thing was I wanted a healthy weight gain for me and health of my son. This pregnancy I was 130-132... 5 pounds from my goal weight before I got pregnant. But I will just loose it when the baby comes. I'm doing the same...keeping track of my weight making sure I gain gradually this time also. :0) Nothing wrong with keeping track...healthy weight gain helps you have a healthy pregnancy. Plus I lost all my baby weight 2 weeks after birth..I hope I can do that again.

I'm sure you should be fine as well. Yes, junk food is very hard to avoid. I'm not wanting anything healthy anymore, it actually makes me gag thinking about it. Its so hard! Thank you for your advice hon!

I was 130lbs when I decided to go a diet and then I found out I was pregnant! I'm just over nine weeks pregnant and I've put on another 4lbs. Ive shed a few tears because I put 112lbs on in my first pregnancy and im worried about doing it again! I was lucky I lost it all last time but will I this time. I think if you eat healthy and avoid junk (which I find very hard) you will only put on 30lbs which is what you should put on! It's easy to say not to worry about ur weight because I do at times , just enjoy your pregnancy!
