Alot of different foodhelp for me but I think it depends on the person bananas and potato chips help me best when I can't make a meal
you can try ginger tee, candy or cookies. I have bad nausea and the only thing that works for me are salty potato chips:(
Try the sea-bands. They are for nausea. My sister swore by them during her first two pregnancies. Try to just eat at least some toast or something bland. If you find something that works best just stick with it!!! Good luck and I hope you get some relief soon.
When my stomach is pretty empty I eat some saltine crackers to take the edge off, also if you can keep water down that helps
miracle happened last night i use essential oils and i read that diffusing peppermint
helps with nausea , and it did:) I am so happy . there was no vomitting yesterday
