Yesh ive been constpated too. Added fiber to diet and things r better

Make sure to stay well hydrated, and make sure to eat foods high in fiber

I've been constipated my whole 24 weeks! I eat FiberOne bars. It helps a lot.

Im 20 weeks today. And well ive been getting constipated since about 15 weeks
