fetal heart beat

Hey just a question for anyone who has a fetal heartbeat monitor. Does it matter if the package it comes in tells you it is reccomended for third trimester use? I am trying to find one that I can use at home so my husband can hear the heartbeat. I already heard it at the doctors, and he hasnt been able to get the time off to come to my last appointment or my next one. I really want him to hear it, but I dont want to spend the money if it isnt even going to work until the third trimester.

I just got the one from facelake too. It works great! I dont think it will matter.

You need to buy a good one to hear early. A friend gave me one from facelake.com its a 300 dollar monitor its on sale now for around 50 im 11 weeks and hear the heartbeat. You can also rent them from web sites.
