My baby sleeps all day but not at night thats when shes.the fussiest help how do.I get her to sleep at night and not.during
Keep baby in the light during the day, and in the dark at night. It takes a while, but she will switch schedules. In the meantime try to rest when she does during the day so you are more rested and less frustrated at night.
try to wake her up play talk to her feed her change her diaper awake and at night make her comfy anyway dont make her cry mine sleeps on top of me seating in the sofa all night, never a problem putting her in the crib and if she wakes up and is time ti sleep i dont even move she have to go back to sleep, is not about what they want, is what we teach to them ;)
