So ive been having these pains.
I get tightening in my tummy and sharp pains in my abdomen.. Are they contractions???

Yes. If they go away then they are braxton hicks contractions but if they get stronger and closer together then they are real contractions
yes, but real one only when they are getting stronger and more often if u walk and they go away they are just the fake ones ;)
