Im 17 weeks pregnant..and I am having the most horrible feelings in my breast! They feel as if the nipple is being set on fire..am I the only one having this feeling..it's very painful and aggravating..but worth it for my lil one on the way!

I found them on amazon. Pretty sure they are at motherhood maternity and bru too though.

I think the heat pack works best..n where do I get the gel pads from?

It's not milk supply. Your body doesn't store milk. It makes it on demand when baby is born. It is the glands waking up to prepare themselves to produce (not actually producing yet). If fabric on your nipples is an issue I recommend wearing Medela breast shells in your bra and also, the lansinoh soothies gel pads. They are amazing!

Ice, or if ice makes it worse a geat pack. It is apparently milk supply starting and storing. I have this same issue although mostly just in one boob :/

I think it is normal as all hormones during pregnancy change
