My baby is a week old and 2oz of milk dont really do anything at night but 3oz seem to fill her, and make her sleepy and unlike 2oz leave her cranky and awake, is 3oz to much for her she doesnt wait 3 hours with 2oz?
Babies that young won't over eat. They usually fall asleep first. Let her eat as much as she wants/needs.
As long as she's full and happy you have nothing to worry about. You will notice her drinking or needing more when they go through growth spurts too.
