Does anyone or have experienced foot and leg cramping at this week?
Not so much leg cramps but last couple days I've noticed shooting pains in my upper right thigh on top. It's really weird but it only lasts a few seconds. Not sure if that is due to being prego or not. Now that I think about it, I've had some tiny foot cramps a while ago. I'm only 11w3d
Yes I have with all 3 of my pregnancies so far. What helps with leg cramping with me is to up my potassium intake. I just snack on a banana or 2 and seems to help me a little bit. Take care :)
Hmm. Not yet I am going on 13 week and haven't had that. I have severe insomnia tho
