Anyone here gag a lot? Like if throw up wants to come up but it doesn't. Every food and fruit is gross. I gag at least 20 times a day. It's horrible.

I vommit sometimes too. I hope I don't last like this my entire pregnancy. Its a horrible feeling to feel all day.

I do the same thing. It's so annoying and I can't stand it. I'm 14wks 4days and it's not any better yet :( I hope it gets better soon.

I gag so much I actually emailed my OB because I was afraid of all the strain on my stomach. It's gotten a bit better now that I'm almost to 12 weeks. Hopefully it will calm down soon

Me!!! Gagged all the time... and was throwing up from time to time so every time I gagged I had to run to the bathroom cuz I wasn't sure if I'll vomit or not.. I'm 14 weeks and thankfully its gotten a bit better!

Im either gagging or vomitting. My cousin mail dme theses acupressure bracelets ( sea bands). They came in today, and it actually helped some. Maybe try that?

Gagging here at 11w2days :( gagging and then vomiting in am/pm! Agrrrhh, tough it out :)
