17 weeks and look like 7 months

I am pregnant with my 3rd. I am 17 weeks but look like i am 7 months pregnant already! I havent gained a pound yet so i know i am not packing on fat, as a matter of fact i have lost 25 pounds since finding out that i have gestational diabetes at 6 weeks. I am not small by any means, but it seems the more weight i lose, the bigger i look! Just wondering if any other moms are are looking bigger than than their current week?

A lot of times it's bloating, sum is how baby sits, & also we tend to show sooner after the first pregnancy. I'm 4 mnts & look 5. By end of day after eating & bloating I look 6 mnts.

I'm 17weeks but look at least 6-7months! When I say my due date people end up going 'wow your massive!' Hah. But I don't mind, its just a sign bub is growing well c:
