26 weeks, should i be concerned??

I'm 26 weeks, first time mommy. For a few weeks now my baby has felt like she's very high up in my abdomen, making me very uncomfortable and sometimes difficult to breath deep. The last day or so she has felt much lower down, it's much easier to breath, although I'm still feeling the occasional kick under my ribs. I have a lot of pressure down in my lady region since though, and I'm worried my baby has dropped too early.

In addition to this, (sorry if this is Tmi) my nipples have started leaking a very small bit of clear liquid.

The only issue I've had with my pregnancy is low blood pressure, and I feel like I may be overreacting.

Do any of you ladies think I should be worried? Should I call my doctor?

My baby has moved around a lot. And my nipples have also been leaking a tiny bit--that's normal.

But if it will put your mind at ease, definitely call your doctor.

No. U r fine. The baby will move positions throughout the pregnancy. Right now he is low but he can move back up over night. It doesn't mean ur going into Labour. On the low pressure u don't have to worry abt that.. it when u have high blood pressure that u should worry. I also always have low blood pressure during my pregnancy. Nothing to worry abt just if u feel dizzy drink something sugary. My blood pressure during my last visit was 84 over something can't remember my doctor said it was great. During my last pregnancy it went all the way low to 61. But I was still fine no complications

No,in the 2nd trimester they baby often sits high causing difficulty breathing. The dnt "drop" so much as they move further down towards the end of 2nd trimester into ur 3rd. U shouldn't worry if u have no sign of labor.
