I'm also 25 weeks and have been having the same back problems the last few days. When I get up, I'm fine. Lol. I have read that women get relief from sleeping upright or in a recliner. Does this mean I have to ride the couch the next 3 months? Ugh the joys of pregnancy.

I was up with you around the same time. It's my pelvis that's giving me pain... I'm 26 weeks. I couldn't get comfortable at all so I went on YouTube and looked it up. From  what I gathered back and or pelvic pain is due to our bodies producing hormones that lossen the pelvic joints which are connected to the spine to begin getting ready for birth in a few months.  Hope you feel better soon hun.
