weird cramping

Hi all
i am 18 weeks friday and FTM. just tonight i have started to get cramping right lower adominal area. I was cleaning my room and unpacking from our move but I usually dont experience cramps like this. Anyone else cramping? No bleeding and just heard nanys hearbeat on my fetal doppler :)

I am probably stressing as always!

Sounds like round ligament pains. Completely normal

I didnt lift anything at all but clothes. I was told i could lift 35 pounds but didnt

I was told that we shouldn't be lifting at all maybe that's the reason for the cramping. It could also be the fact that our belly is stretching.
