Charlie Horse

Hey guys. Anyone else get insane Charlie horses? If so, do you get them regularly? Mine suck!

I get them in my toes oddly enough. It usually happens on the middle of the night when I'm stretching. The other day I was stretching my feet and they cramped up. Dh tried to rub it out but I also have a splinter in that foot so that was fun.

Lol funny because I sometimes forget I'm pregnant and cat stretch and catch one in my leg then try to hop up fast and walk it out like I usually do but I cant get up so fast anymore so I be like babe help me up real quick lol. I miss stretching like that.

Try drinking more water and eating a bannana. The potassium helps!

Me too, increase your water intake. I was told this was a symptom of dehydration. Also, try stretching your legs and calves daily. Worked for me and haven't had any issues since!

For the leg cramps my ob recommend taking extra magnesium and calcium

Yes I got one on both legs one night and it hurt so bad I woke up crying. Took my breath away. That area remained sore for the rest of the day. That and incredible hip pain keep me up at night.

Yeah when i stretch out in the bed. Its funny cuz right when it happens i have to jump out of the bed and just stand on it, it happens majority in the middle of the night lol
