Lol the only reason I haven't vomited yet is because anytime I feel like I'm going to throw up I eat something. I've gained about 2-3 kilos and I'm 10 weeks . I don't eat junk and am pretty healthy and active. I'm not stressed about it because I know I can lose the weight afterwards. Personally I'd rather get fat then throw up every day. Throwing up ruins your teeth anyway and its less expensive to lose weight then pay dentists

During your first trimester "eating for two" does not apply. And you shouldnt be eating any differently than you did before you were pregnant. Try to eat your regular diet and exercise and be happy youre not vomiting all day!

I am also 9 weeks amd I gained 3 pounds, I don't want to gain more than 20 the entire pregnancy. I have always been somehow "big" amd I am scared of putting on 20+ pounds and not being able to loose them after. So I am walking everyday for 45mins to an hour hoping I can mantain. My doc doesnt want me to loose weight, but I definitively do not want to put on too much.

Everyone gains differently. Your doctor will let you know at your next appointment what to do.

I have also gained more than recommend. I have been eating alot more than I should be to avoid nausea.  It's been the only reason I haven't got morning sickness.
