Eat small meals. Avoid spicey and fatty foods. Try not to eat to near to bed time and use loads of pillows. Oh and milk.  Ive had major heartburn all pregnancy x

Just take tums. I have a bottle of peppermint tums on my night stand and wake at least once and take one or two and I take one before bed cause the moment I lay down it starts if I dont.

My Obgyn had me start taking Zantac 75 but my heartburn was so severe that my perinatologist put me on prescription Prilosec.

Drink a glass of milk before you lay down and prop yourself up with lots of pillows. The milk will calm the acid down enough for you to fall asleep. But medicine seems to be the only way I can honestly sleep and sleep decent.
