HORRIBLE Back Pain

Is anyone else experiencing horrible lower back pain? I'm 10 weeks 2 days and have had awful pain around my tailbone/hips for the last 3 weeks or so. Any advice on how to make it hurt less? I've tried Tylenol and that didn't help. Are Icy-Hot patches ok to use on your back when pregnant? The pain about knocked me over while I was at work today. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!! Thank you.

I have horrible back pain too like I can hardly bend it hurts so bad. I ask my Dr yesterday he said it's fine to use icyhot. I was glad to hear that cause I stoped using it cause I didn't know if it was safe or not.

I already drink a bunch of water...guess I'll have to drink more. And heat hasn't been helping. Ugh. Might be making a trip to the doctor before my next appointment.

Oh! Heat is good like one of those microwave bean bags I would ask your doctor before using icy hot, also I have hear also to drink more water I think that's probably why I don't experience it a lot (but I still do sometimes)
Good Luck :(

I'm 10w5d and have been having bad lower back pain also.  I was told to drink a ton of water and I've found a heating pad for a few minutes everyday helps.
