Heat rash??? Suggst plzzz

m 23w n having a very bad heat rash.. Dint apply steroids as its not gud rightnow... I cant stop myself from scratching.. Its almost all over my body..,, it gets worse when my body becomes hot... any remedy if anyone knows....

She prescribed me hydrocortisone. I'm still using it. Makesure u ask your Dr before using it hun. @octmommy2015 I never heard of that 1 b4 I think I'll b giving it a go.

As strange as it sounds try diaper rash cream it works wonders

Iv got some kind of rash on my tummy and I'm 25 weeks. Told the midwife and she said it ok to apply cream on it. So I got 1 from the Dr.
