What do you ladies do to sedate your anger when it happens? Normally my fiancée and I don't fight, but yesterday he hit a nerve and were still not talking. I'm worried about my anger and stress effecting the baby, but when I get mad I stay mad?

A bubble bath sounds great, curl up with some Netflix but I'm afraid of getting the water to hot xD I'm the kind of person who goes in white as a sheet and comes out red as a lobster

I leave the house lol. I grab my purse and go, whether its for a walk or just a drive. If im going for a drive its almost garanteed that im stopping somewhere for a good treat lol. Usually frozen yogurt or something. Sometimes you just gotta get out each others hair for a couple hours. It helps me a lot.
