Need Help!!!

Does anyone have any tricks for allergies and congestion?  I usually get the allergy shot every 6 months - a year but with baby girl on her way I can only take pills and none of them work.. Any home remedies that have worked for you ladies?

I also take the prescription antihistamine Levocetrizine, which for me works much better than over the counter stuff and both my allergy dr and ob said is ok to take.

Why did they say you couldn't do the shots anymore?  I am 17w and continue to get mine twice a month, as I have for the last year and a half.  Both my allergy doctor and my ob said it was fine. Getting my allergy shot this afternoon, actually!

Yes Im up tossing and turning all night.. my poor boyfriend is starting to have to sleep during the day because I wake him up so much at night.. I definitely need to start using a humidity I don't know why I didn't think of that before. Thanks for the hep

Yes I love to go outside but every time I step foot outside everything flares up I've told the Dr but he says it not much he can do. I can't even sleep at not because I can't breathe and I'm so congested and my throat hurts from my sinuses draining. I wish we could do something but I it will be worth it in the end. I use a humidifier and put Vicks vapor liquid in it and it helps a little.

Me too in 4 months I've already had 2 upper respiratory and sinus infections. . I'm miserable I'm taking Claritin but like you said doesn't do much.My sinus headaches are so bad I've just been in bed all day today

I know u can take claritin and use saline nasal drops.That's what I use it really doesn't help but really not much we can do. I stay with sinus and ear infections since I've became pregnant.
