Pregnant or not

I took two pregnancy tests. Both In the evening time. One before my missed period one four days later  They came up positive but the positive line quickly disappeared.. We are trying to conceive and had intercourse the time of ovulation the day after I was supposed to start my period I had a light bleeding for a couple hours and no other bleeding which is what I'm thinking implantation. I am having signs of pregnancy. Very nauseated and tired  having mood swings I'm confused on why the tests did this any suggestions? This would make me due around October 23 2015

I had troubles with the home pregnancy tests.. some showed up megative some positive. Try to take the test with the first pee in the morning, if still off I would make an appointment with the doctor and get blood work done. That's what I ended up doing. I ended up having to go for blood work 3 times as my hcg levels were very low... but 4 weeks later I'm pregnant and going for an ultrasound friday. Don't give up hope.. our bodies do very strange things.

Thank you I'm going to try again in the morning! I really want this so I'm scared I'm getting my hopes up.

I thought the same thing and just kept saying to myself.. if it doesn't work out this month, well keep trying. It took us 5 months. Especially if you were pregnsnt and miscarried you know you can conceive and have positive hopes for next month. Try and stay positive and do not stress. I know exactly how you feel.. curious on how it goes tomorrow AM
