tips for getting baby to drop?

Hi girls im 39weeks today,at yesterdays check up i was told this little man is still quite high and if im honest my ribs agree. Haha

Iv been on the ball and walking(as much as possible) oh and lost my mucus plug today(sorry for tmi)

Any other tips to get him moving?
