Being small doesn't necessarily mran you'll have a small baby. My son was born over 9 lbs and 21 inches long at 38 weeks and 4 days, my husband and I are both 5'5". They typically don't change your dude date this late in the game so no worries.
I was week 36, bump 30 and I and my husband are long folks, so I was like really freaking out. Ultrasound showed amniotic were fine, but baby was dropped down so its harder to measure a head of a baby. Was due on October 31, they told it gonna be on Novemer 12. No dilation, nothing and on October 21, week 38, 4 days my baby was born in 6 hours after waters starting to leak. He is tiny baby, long, but very thin (as I and my husband and our first child), but its more like our thing and baby is fine and healthy.
So, Im sure your just fine too and maybe you baby has dropped down so in 2 weeks You should definatelly meet your baby! :)❤
Take care and have a light labor.
Thank you. I went for the ultrasound on Thursday and the technician said I was measuring get at 37 weeks 2 days but I was really 38 weeks 6 days at the time. I'm unsure If this means the OB will push back my due date though :-(
Supposed to be due Friday the 30th. No contractions or dilation yet.
When I was about 34 weeks they said I was measuring small...so they sent me to get an ultrasound after my appointment. The ultrasound tech said my baby boy was actually measuring 4 days ahead. She said he could have just been in a strange position that threw off the measurment. I have measured fine ever since :) best of luck!
Your fine I was measuring 2 weeks bigger they sent me to get a ultrasound and comes out my baby is fine and her growth is were she should be...so I say don't worry much she will be fine.
Happened with my first two pregnancies. I had low amniotic fluid. They induced me and both babies were very healthy.
I'm 39 weeks but at my appointment I was measures 37 weeks. I think we just need to wait and see how it's .
