Sharp back pain :( Normal?

For the past week or 2, IV been getting really painful shooting pain in my lower back (left side mostly). It happens only when I'm walking barefoot and I step with my left foot. It's not constant, it's just like IV stepped on a certain area (heel) of the foot that then sends the pain up to my lower left side.

Is this something I should worry about or is it normal?

Sounds like ur sciatic nerve. Very common to hurt while pregnant. Doesn't really have anything to do with your feet, but all movements from slight to big can make it act up. I feel Like a crazy person when walking and then suddenly stopping because it hurts lol. Just have ur other half massage it for you when possible for relief. But that's about all you can do for it.
