Sleep...

I'm 36 weeks and just can't sleep. I seem to be awake between about 1am and 4 or 5am. It's really frustrating as I'm too tired during the day to get much done, apart from minding my partner's two kids 4 days a week. The only time I sleep a full night is after an appointment with my acupuncturist but that only helps for 2 nights max. Any advice on how I might get some sleep??

Hey ladies of have you tried pillows, a nice warm bathe/shower before bed, or warm glass of milk... I will be 37weeks tomorrow I sleep almost the whole night apart from when I start getting contractions... Then I stay awake through the pain I just want to see my baby girl
