Still congested!

I'm 11.5 weeks and feel like I've been stuffed up since the day before my positive hpt in week 4! I had an actual cold a few weeks ago but this regular congestion has been on and off the whole time. I know the hormones do weird things to your fluid levels and mucus membranes so it's normal. But driving me nuts! Anyone else getting this?

Thanks ladies! I guess I don't have it very bad, just the sniffles all the time and stuffy at night and when I wake up. Will try some steam before bed, maybe drink some hot lemon/honey water and breathe in the stream. Hope this abates - hitting 12 weeks on Friday! :)

Be careful with taking hot showers while you're pregnant

Hot steamy shower before getting into bed. Take lots of deep breathes and the steam helps to shift snot and mucus. Gives me enough relief to at least get to sleep.

I have that same problem. Both nose and throat are stuffy all day long but i cant try to clear my throat or it triggers my gag reflex and makes me vomit everytime. Ive been eating lemonade icypoles and drinking orange juice which both help a little. Also butter menthol lollies help me too

Yes and the extra congestion in my throat causes me to cough and gag more. It's miserable
