Still not dilated

Is it normal to be 37 weeks and not dilated? What are ways to help me start dilating?

I will be 39 weeks tomorrow and no dilation at all. :(

I am 39 weeks and not dialating  i don't know why i have been so active working at home and also going for walk   the only thing is that i haven't had sex but still completely close little bit worried though

I didn't start dialating until 39 weeks and I'm only 2 cm due in 2 days.

I'm 38 weeks. My doctor told me to keep active and to have lots of sex, making sure I orgasm too as it contracts the uterus. Sex has been kind of painful since yesterday so I'm hoping that means the cervix is opening.
