Stomach ache

hello, it's 11:00AM right now. I woke up at 4:30AM with severe stomach aches. It was a very bad pain I couldn't stand it (im 7 weeks), then I decided to go to the bathroom a couple minutes ago and I had diarrhea. My pain is gone as of now... Is this normal? Should I contact my OB?

Hey, hope you're feeling better. I have had on and off diarrhea to constipation and the cramps that come with them and my doctor said it's not a high deal. But trust your judgment if it could be more than just hormones affecting your digestive symptoms--some kinds of food poisoning can be problematic when you're pregnant.  Call your doc if it seems like something out of the ordinary.

This pregnancy ive had a stomach ache at least once a day since about 5w and im 7w 2d now. I had a miscarriage in october and at first I was scared thinking it was happening again, but I can assure you that if it was a miscarriage it would have progressivly gotten worse and not stopped. Not to mention those cramps are blinding pain! The best thing to do is tp check with your dr, but being that ypu had a bowel movement and they have since stopped im going to say it was just a basic stomach ache.
