Symptoms...

I will be 6 weeks tomorrow and I don't feel pregnant.  I did a little bit at first,  dizziness and nauseous,  now I really don't feel any different.  I've taken 8 pregnancy test...all positive... I've miscarried before so basically I think I'm just nervous and trying to stay postive. Our first appointment  isn't until March 11. Doctor wants to wait until I'm a little further along.  Is it OK not to have too many symptoms? Thanks for the support.

My morning sickness comes and goes. I only started having morning sickness when I was in my 7th week. The fatigue came along with it.  I am in my 10th week now. Between 7th and 9th, I did not have morning sickness daily. Some days were worse than others and some days I was completely free of morning sickness.

This is my 8th pregnancy.  I have 1 set of twins. Each pregnancy has been different. This one I was so dizzy for 3 days I ended up in the emergency room.  I have never had that before. Other than those 3 days I have had cramping and that is it. I am 6 weeks tomorrow.
