Twins!

Hi all, I had an early scan at 6 weeks 4 days due to some brown (old blood) discharge. It turns out we are expecting twins! I'm very nervous and scared. My last pregnancy ended in miscarriage. It's still only early days and the risk of miscarriage is higher with twins. Both babies had a heart beat and the ultrasound technician said everything looks great but I still have what seems like forever until I'm in the "safe" zone. Im 7 weeks today but I'm finding it hard to get excited out of fear of losing one or both babies. My twins are due October 22nd. Any other mummy's having twins or have had twins in the past?

Thank you. Sorry to hear about the loss of one of your babies. One of my concerns is that I'll lose one or both. Glad to hear your surviving baby is fine. When are you due? Thanks for the luck, I hope so too.

Congrats on your twins! We were having twins too but lost one :( the surviving baby is fine so fingers crossed it all works out. Good luck and I hope those babies grow healthy!
