Swimming is perfectly fine. No need to worry. Just when you get closer to your due date stop swimming because if your water breaks you wont know

As far as I know cold is okay, you just can't do too hot, like a hot tub. When I went on vacation in the beginning of my 2nd trimester my doctor just told me no hot tubs or saunas. She said swimming pools were okay and swimming is actually great exercise for the baby too. I would check with your doctor just to be safe. I hope you have a great break :)
